Requirements & Investment
01. Space
A minimum area of 4,000 to 5,000 sq. ft. is required to accommodate the dining floor, live counters, kitchen, and storage. Ground floor locations with strong frontage are preferred. Premium mall locations and high-footfall city-centre spots are also suitable.
02. Investment
The total investment required to set up a Golden Bistro outlet covers interiors, kitchen equipment, live counter setup, crockery, branding, initial deposits, and pre-opening costs. 03. Franchise Agreement
